"We organise on an occupied land that was a continent with an indigenous population of around 2.22 million with 600 Aboriginal and Zenadth Kes (Torres Strait) Islander nations who spoke 250 distinct languages with over 500 different dialects at the start of the British invasion in 1788. In 1900 the indigenous population was only 100,000. Another colonial state built on genocide. These lands of so-called Australia were never ceded to the colonialist state. We respect and stand in solidarity with all first nations, their rich cultures and traditions built and sustained by first nations peoples - the true custodians of these lands. We support autonomous self-organisation of first nations and fight in solidarity with first nations on this continent and internationally against genocide, dispossession, racism, exploitation, oppression and ignorace and for liberation!"
